Should you decide after trailing that any of the systems are not for you and to ensure you receive a full refund, please provide all parts, paperwork, and original packaging are included with returned goods. Any product returned must be undamaged during the 30 days following the purchase date.

The 30 Day money-back product satisfaction guarantee does not apply during a sale period. We assess each request on a case-by-case basis.

As you can appreciate, we are not responsible for any damage or loss caused to returned goods in the shipping. The returned product must be posted by Australia Express Post and Signed on Delivery.

We will refund your purchase less any charges once the system has been inspected/assessed and its condition confirmed. Please allow ten working days for processing.

Terms and Conditions:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, floods, held up of shipment at customs, COVID or manufacturing delays.). All products are reproduced as accurately as possible. However, variation may occur in colour and size due to stock changes, manufacturing adjustments, photography, and screen resolution. In addition, colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Special Offers are available until stocks sell out.

Delivery time:

Your goods will usually be shipped within five working days. However, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery within Australia and overseas orders 20 working days. Items will be delivered by Australia Post or via courier, whichever way we deem to be the most effective. Delivery lead times depend on the stock, the state and the country you live in. Specials do not ship for free unless offered.

We reserve the right:

To cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by email or phone using the email address or numbers provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received. All orders are subject to the availability of stock to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.

Warranty:

All structured water units come backed by a ten years manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods are directly associated with the product purchased. We will provide the contact details of the manufacturer or distribution centre to ship the faulty unit. If we supply an incorrect product or something is missing, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation.
